To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed.

Because of this, we are unable to guarantee cancellations once an order has been submitted. However, if your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it.

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

Lost Packages

For orders with Priority + Insured Shipping, customers may be eligible for:
