Tracking Information

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

If you have not received tracking details within 7 business days, please contact our support team.


My Tracking Says "No Information Available"

Tracking information may not appear immediately after shipment.

In some cases, carriers require several business days to update tracking records.

If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and no tracking information is available, please contact us for assistance.


Priority + Insured Shipping

Customers who select Priority + Insured Shipping at checkout are protected against packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

If your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, you may be eligible for:
